In this Marketing Manager role, you will develop marketing plans and managing the Marketing team towards reaching the company’s objectives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your job responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of 6 brands by targeting local audience on various channels
Developing a detailed marketing business plan, ensuring sales objectives and targets are met
Preparing an annual marketing budget and monitor on a regular basis
Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution in line with corporate branding
Building, managing and analysing the company's marketing database in order to identify new market niches and increasing market share
Coordinating product publicity, merchandising initiatives and public relation programs
Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and suppliers
Engaging in market research to analyse new business developments and trends in the industry
Developing organic and paid content, events, publicity initiatives, social media calendar per brand, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
