Marketing Manager

Job Role: 
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for making strategic marketing decisions while running all marketing operations. With a strong focus on email marketing, Social Media, and online advertisement, the Marketing Manager will create marketing campaigns for targeted audiences to drive traffic and increase sales.

The scope of responsibilities will include:

• Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns across all marketing channels.
• Make data-driven decisions based on the results of marketing campaigns.
• Develop communication strategies with clients to foster retention and increase customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns; create and send monthly newsletters. 
• Create surveys, opt-in-forms, registration forms, and simple landing pages.
• Manage and update client databases, implement targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Manage, review, and update the company's website and online blog using WordPress.
• Create relevant, high-quality content for email campaigns, blogs, social media, and internal communication channels.
• Manage and overlook execution of Social Media campaigns using dynamic content, targeting, data analytics tools, A/B testing.
• Keep track of on-market trends and industry insights to help drive calculated decisions and introduce advanced strategies and ideas.
• Create online and printed marketing materials, graphic design, and artworks.
• Manage and coordinate marketing tasks with outsourced teams (SEO specialist, graphic designer, copywriter, community manager, etc.).  
• Deliver marketing reports and data analysis after each marketing campaign.

• Higher level of education with a relevant degree.
• Experience in the Marketing department is a plus, but we will also consider individuals who have a strong will to develop their marketing expertise.
• Understanding of how to create client’s communication strategies and develop marketing campaigns throughout all communication channels.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Photoshop, CRM software is a plus.
• Communicative, ambitious, and ready for new challenges.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
