Marketing Executive

ADROIT is the first certified out-of-court settlement body within the European Union, in line with the Digital Services Act. Our role is to receive claims lodged by customers against various online platforms operating in Europe and adjudicate such cases after reviewing all applicable information and documentation from both the customer and platform, as an alternative for customers to open a court case against the platform.

We are looking for a young and dynamic individual to join our team and help us build our marketing department. This is a unique opportunity to join an industry at its offset where the abilities and ideas of marketing individuals can shape the future of the industry, and where the target market is massive as it covers all EU citizens receiving services from the largest world platforms such as Google, Amazon and Facebook. It also provides for very rapid growth if the candidate is able to prove immediately their worth and deliver the targeted numbers. 

The Main Responsibilities:

The individual will be responsible to devise marketing campaigns and set up targeted marketing processes in order to increase the amount of cases lodged at ADROIT. Additional bonuses will be given over and above the salary if target KPIs are reached. 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate we are looking for should have the following:

· At least 2 years experience working in a marketing related role 

· Have an excellent understanding and experience of several social media platforms and how they work

· Have experience on the use of ChatGPT and other AI tools

· Have a good grasp of CRM tools and analytics and is able to provide the board with regular and concise progress reports

· Highly motivated and able to work independently

· Organised and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines;

· Must be based in Malta.
