Marketing Executive

Bajada Investments Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our Team here at Bajada Investments Ltd. The selected candidate will be a person with strong leadership skills, who is able to communicate clearly to all stakeholders, and someone who displays a strong sense of presence and charisma. Applicants must have a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing techniques and strategies. They must be social media savvy and love all aspects of marketing, branding, content generation, and online publishing.

Responsibilities :

• Daily updates to the website and all social media platforms daily
• Conducts market analysis and reporting
• Creating, implementing, and monitoring the marketing budget for the company
• Liaising with all stakeholders involved in the Marketing department’s logistics
• Writing, editing, and proofreading website blogs and print material (ex: brochures)
• Monitoring the effectiveness of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across paid search, content marketing and social media
• Increase the social media presence of the company’s
• Evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and formulate strategies to further improve performance and ROI
• Work daily on the company’s online portals to ensure optimum performance in all aspects
• Support the online teams with any technical issues that may arise from time to time
• Manage the corporate website of the company and its presence on social media
• See to all aspects of email marketing
• Involvement in the creation of video content across all channels
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Contribute to the company’s internal communications, staff well-being initiatives, and social activities
• Experience in Graphic Design
• Assist the Sales team with necessary tools

Requirements:

• Experience  of 2 years in Marketing or Digital marketing, and social media
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok), Google Analytics tools, and WordPress is required
• Understanding of Office 365 applications
• Extremely organized, with an eye for detail and brilliant time management skills
• Have the creative ability and marketing experience
• Marketing qualifications would be considered an asset
• Have a creative flair
