Our Client, a well established company within the Property Industry & Corporate Services, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the development of the digital marketing strategy, planning and executing effective and compelling marketing campaigns across multi-channels, including Google Ads, social media and email marketing
Measuring marketing performance while turning data into actionable insights and present these to the leadership team
Managing social media channels, with the aim of reaching new customers while retaining loyalty and brand awareness among our existing client base
Ensuring SEO of the main website and coordinating new web content, while ensuring optimal UX and CRO
Coordinating design projects by liaising with subcontractors, giving them direction and respecting brand guidelines across both online and offline channels
Liaising with publishers for submission of online and offline articles, getting quotes for adverts and different PR opportunities whilst keeping the team updated
Assisting in the production of printed marketing collateral
Helping in the organisation of internal and external events by planning for the use of media for PR and branding
Representing the company at exhibitions and fairs
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent grasp of social media, google ads, website metrics and SEO
Flair for luxury property
Data savvy
Strong communication skills and excellent command of English
Must be able to work on own initiative
Education & Experience
Minimum of 2 years local experience in a similar role
