Class Optical Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- An excellent eye for detail;
- The ability to work on his/her own initiative within a fast-paced environment whilst respecting tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Shopify would be considered an asset;
- A diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field or at least 1-year experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Assistant’s responsibilities are mainly focused on administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities and to supporting the marketing manager in organizing various projects;
- This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company;
- The Marketing Department is responsible for a range of products and services and cross-departmental support which currently include:
- Frames;
- Sunglasses;
- Contact lenses and lens care products;
- Optical accessories;
- Ready-made readers;
- Oral Care;
- Other pharmacy and optical related items;
- Corporate Marketing
- Public Relations;
- HR Support;
- Internal / Events marketing.
