Marketing and Events Executive

A new position for a Marketing and Events Executive has become available within a well established group of companies. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the Marketing Strategy and Events.

Your other responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the creation of our marketing strategy
• Taking a lead and creating the company’s marketing plan in conjunction with senior management
• Creates awareness of brand via different channels including social media platforms
• Develops engaging social media strategies in conjunction with the team.
• Manages social media platforms of the organization.
• Takes a lead in creating the Events calendar for the company.
• Follow up and execution of the Events calendar.
• Liaising with internal and external teams including design team, sales team and senior management
• Building and maintaining key relationships with clients, agencies and vendors
• Reporting on campaign performance to senior managers and external stakeholders

• Knowledge and a keen interest in all social media platforms
• Positive can-do attitude
• Excellent Time-Management, Planning and Organisation Skills
• Good communicator at all levels
• Excels at project management 
• Knowledge of Maltese is given priority, however, knowledge of English is a must

• Previous experience in a marketing role
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field will be considered an asset
