Junior PR & Communications Officer

Job Description
Innovative Greens in Malta is looking to recruit a Junior PR & Communications Officer to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
As a PR & Communications Officer, you will be responsible for communicating key messages and promoting a positive image of the company. Day-to-day duties may include liaising with local and national media and coordinating messaging going out mainly on website and social media channels, campaigns, and in print to support and increase the audience.

The role of PR & Communications Officer may involve the following duties:

• Planning and carrying out PR campaigns and strategies;
• Monitoring the public and media's opinions;
• Writing and editing press releases, leaflets, brochures, newsletters, website, and social media content;
• Utilising all forms of media to build, maintain and manage the portrayal of a business;
• Managing and updating a client’s social media post;
• Devising and coordinating photo opportunities;
• Managing, arranging, and overseeing events;
• Monitoring publicity and press coverage;
• Commissioning market research;
• Coordinating paid and unpaid advertising.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of media production and communication;
• Excellent grasp of the English language;
• To be thorough and pay attention to detail;
• Persistence and determination;
• Team Player;
• Be able to accept criticism and work well under pressure;
• Be able to use own initiative and multitasker;
• Be able to sell products and services;
• Good computer skills.
