Head of Marketing

Our client, a leading retailer of luxury brands, is seeking to appoint a head of Marketing to assume the responsibility of the company's Marketing activities. Reporting directly to the Company Directors and key internal & external partners, your duties will include;

• Development of detailed Marketing Business Plan as needed to ensure sales objectives and targets are met
• Developing and implementing an ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
• Identifying new areas of eCommerce opportunities and reporting on performance
• Monitor the Budgets and Costing of all the marketing department and specific brands
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns depending on the target audience and in line with branding
• Motivate the team and provide coaching and support when needed
• Coordinate product publicity, merchandising initiatives and PR programs
• Prepare reports and presentations for top management as requested
