Head of Digital Strategy

Our client is seeking a skilled, results-driven digital strategist to lead diverse projects including digital marketing campaigns, manage a portfolio of websites, action user experience data, and head in-house design projects. Reporting to the Director of Communications, your responsibilities will include: 

• Advise stakeholders on business-appropriate, cost-effective and client-oriented digital strategies and transformation planning
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels and functions to effectively seek project support
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualise and design web, mobile and emerging interfaces for users and marketers
• Co-ordinate or lead digital projects as required by companies
• Leverage next generation technology to pilot new digital concepts
• Co-ordinate creative design and user experience of digital products and platforms
• Leads the internal graphic and web design team
• Optimises SEO strategies
• Manages web hosting server, domain, and DNS accounts
• Maintain a knowledge of social media best practices, stay on top of trends and translate this knowledge into actionable insights for strategy
• Work with teams to infuse digital elements such as paid amplification, search engine optimization, gamification, analytics into marketing strategies and tactics

• Two years management or ecommerce experience
• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS
• Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies
• An understanding of digital transformation and web analytics

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Software Development, Creative design or interactive media
