Ruby GmbH in Malta is looking to recruit a Group Manager Social Media & Content Marketing (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Ruby is a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury.

For our office in Valletta, Malta we are looking for a Group Manager for Social Media & Content Marketing (m/f/d) to support our marketing department in Munich from there. The group's marketing department is responsible for all communication, digital marketing, e-commerce, print and advertising material, and brand development.

Duties and responsibilities that will excite you at Ruby, as you will be:

• Responsible for Ruby Group's brand presence on social media channels 
• Looking after the conception and implementation of brand storytelling
• Managing our existing social media channels
• In charge of our editorial planning, including handling, optimizing or individualizing according to the channels, their focus, and target groups
• Planning and monitoring paid social media campaigns 
• Responsible for photo and video shoots as well as for tonality.

• Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management/business studies/marketing/communication or similar 
• Experience in a similar role and working with lifestyle brands 
• A digital native with a high social media and web affinity 
• Enjoying agile communication and possessing textual confidence 
• Experience in working with external service providers
• An independent, creative, and innovative work with a high degree of commitment and self-motivation
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent written & spoken German and English skills
