Anteprima Brands International Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team for B2B and B2C worldwide markets on a full-time basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy;
Manage all digital marketing channels;
Measure ROI and KPIs;
Develop and enrich customer digital service experience;
Evaluate important metrics that affect our marketing and sales performances;
Prepare and manage digital marketing budget;
Oversee all the company's digital channels;
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement;
Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies;
Analyze customer and user data.
Requirements:
3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in FMCG International and/or Italian Markets;
5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies;
Deep knowledge of all different digital marketing channels;
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics;
Deep knowledge and experience with online and offline marketing tools and best practices;
5 years of hands-on experience in digital tools and CRM software;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Team player;
Knowledge of website design, digital advertising, URL architecting, programmatic advertising, email marketing, and e-commerce;
Good time-management skills;
Great interpersonal and communication skills;
Understanding of web analytics;
Master in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field;
Fluent English and strong writing skills;
Fluent in Italian will be considered as a very positive skill;
