We are looking for a creative, analytical, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all Pharma.MT digital presence includes the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, our website, and social medial presence.
Duties and responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy for the company and its individual
brands. This involves measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing efforts whilst optimising where needed, in order to meet business objectives.
Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites and social media presence
Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Creating visual concepts for online promotional activities
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Managing the digital marketing calendar
Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
Creating and updating digital marketing reports
Overseeing the digital marketing budget
Handling multiple brand accounts simultaneously
Stay current on evolving trends, best practices, and technologies within digital marketing.
Requirements and qualifications:
Related Marketing / Digital Marketing Qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Experience with digital marketing automation software
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Experience with Social Networks including Instagram, Facebook (Facebook Business Manager), YouTube, LinkedIn (LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and TikTok
Knowledge of web publishing
Good knowledge of CMS including WordPress
Proficiency with SEO / SEM tools
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
