Overseeing events and exhibitions planning, execution, and costs
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the industry trends and competitive environment in B2B, retail, and digital marketplaces
Identifying ongoing growth opportunities
Analyzing business, customers, competition, and trends to identify product needs, gaps, and opportunities for the different categories
Co-developing together with the CMO the overarching marketing strategy, defining roles, responsibilities, goals and KPIs to ensure the successful execution of strategy
