Job Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and annual marketing plans to strengthen the product positioning and the property's commercial objectives. Serve as champion and guardian of key brand initiatives to drive growth and development of InterContinental Malta & Holiday Inn Express Malta. Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Global Brand Team, Regional Marketing, Loyalty, and Digital to further refine marketing communications strategic agenda and ultimately follow it through by delivering impact in the market through execution.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry
Is well-versed with digital marketing tools and all social media platforms available in the wider market
Basic knowledge of graphic design and photography will be considered an asset
Must be meticulous and ensure compliance with multiple standards before the implementation of strategies
The candidate is required to be smart in appearance, customer-focused, and highly organized.
