Job vacancy: Digital Marketing Lead

You are ready to take on the challenge and responsibility of the Digital Marketing Lead role to further eCabs’ growth by crafting innovative, data-driven digital marketing strategies and tactics. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the role involves a hands-on approach spearheading the various performance, whilst owning the full digital marketing spectrum and working towards a vision of departmental growth. Your work will be supported by the Brand team, as well as the Marketing Data & Technology team, in a journey towards automated communication.
What you’ll do:
Take ownership of Performance Marketing - identifying opportunities, setting up, optimising, and managing all digital campaigns - PPC, Google Ad Words, Paid Social, App Marketing, and Programmatic.
Manage bids, modifiers, and budgets, optimise keywords, match types, ad copy, landing pages, and audiences.
Ownership of Marketing Business Intelligence, setting up and managing A/B and multivariant tests, and reporting on results.
Digital analysis, evaluation, and reporting against KPIs, as well as suggesting improvements.
Build, test and deploy email communications, ranging from one-off sends to automated campaigns.
Ownership of SEO, ASO, and website development pathway.
What you’ll bring:
Extensive experience working within the realm of digital marketing, specifically dealing with PPC, Paid social media, Programmatic, Analytics, SEO / ASO, App marketing, and Affiliate marketing.
Comprehensive knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem.
A mindset on the cusp of digital innovation, with the ability and enthusiasm to share and build on industry best practices.
An essential level of business insight, while at the same time being responsive, adaptable, and flexible, able to bounce back and act quickly when faced with new situations.
A formidable team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business.
