Digital Marketing and Design Executive

Our client, a leading company with luxury brands, is searching for a Digital Marketing and Design Executive. Your responsibilities will include:

• Uploading new content to the website, creating new pages and ensuring optimal UX and CRO
• Liaising with web developers for any new web functionality or fixes required
• Managing social media campaigns, maintaining all relevant accounts and ensuring our audience is kept engaged with content in line with our brand and identity
• Creating email marketing templates, managing the respective campaigns and subscribers lists
• Creating designs for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Creating billboard mockups and designs for print
• Creating web / app designs
• Assisting the team with the provision of branded working documents and printed marketing collateral
• Developing a deep understanding of the clients, our offerings, competitors and industries to execute the marketing strategy and drive business growth

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and honour deadlines
• The ability to work independently and take accountability for projects
• Self-driven team player with a hands-on approach and a can-do mentality

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role - Based in Malta
• Minimum of Diploma level of Education within Marketing or related
• Experience handling social media channels, paid campaigns and related analytics
• Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, CSS will be considered an asset
• Proficient with Google Analytics, UX Design, e-mail marketing, SEO, MS Office
