Melita Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a CX Digital Content Executive
to join their team on a full-time basis. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible to create high-quality content, improve and maintain the content on our various digital platforms, improve care presence on social media and promote interactive content whilst analyzing digital interactions. As a CX Digital Content Executive, you will be constantly liaising with different departments within Melita.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional grammar and editing skills in both English and Maltese;
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position;
- Attention to detail, persistence, and creativity are essential;
- Understand digital metrics derived from reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Social media tools;
- Conduct analysis on digital interaction and suggest improvements;
- Discover user requirements by conducting research and creating interactive content with an audience targeting strategy;
- Understand and implement a content marketing strategy;
- Have experience with content management systems such as WordPress;
- Basic HTML/CSS and SEO knowledge will be considered as an asset.
