Job Vacancy: Content Writer
We are looking for a creative storyteller to take full ownership of eCabs’ awesome tone of voice and knead it across all touchpoints within the organisation. You will work across all eCabs business lines, assisting the marketing and product teams to project a consistent tone of voice as the brand develops, as well as creating SEO content for an international audience as the expansion plans come to life. You are a word wizard who writes and creates visual content that is engaging, creative, and valuable, connecting with our targeted audiences through the written word. Responsibilities:
Plan and create compelling written and visual content for both demand and supply generation campaigns (i.e. blogs, emails, social media posts, infographics, decks, communication channels apps, etc.).
Work with the eCabs SEO team to ensure a content strategy in line SEO strategy.
Build the entire content generation funnel.
Write and edit high-quality, error-free support copy across multiple channels.
Effectively manage and prioritize a steady stream of content requests from multiple departments with short, frequently changing timelines.
Research trends related to the ride-hailing industry and create engaging content.
Repurpose popular content across multiple platforms.
Maintain and expand social media presence and manage eCabs online community across all platforms.
Create and distribute gated content.
Who you are:
Enjoy writing clear and engaging content.
Able to produce high-quality writing and editing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Experience in a content strategy, editorial, UX writing, or another content-focused role. Previous samples or portfolio of work or published copy is required.
Understand native app, email, web, and digital communication channel capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communicator, with engaging interpersonal skills.
Able to provide constructive criticism, and creative feedback, and guide team support for content creation.
Experience with customer support content creation and management (ideally in tech).
Highly organized and capable to create content from scratch.
