Cluster Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Hilton Malta is seeking to recruit a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our cluster team managing the Hilton Malta and the Doubletree by Hilton Malta.
The ideal candidate has to be passionate about marketing and possess a creative mindset together with analytical skills.
They will be working together with the marketing team and responsible for the following:
- Main task would be content creation and managing of all social media platforms available
- Assist with manging and monitoring the online presence such as website content, email marketing and 3rd party sites
- Assist and execute marketing strategies that align with the hotels’ goals and objectives
- Monitor and oversee the executive of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Monitor and assist to optimise content for SEO and drive organic and paid traffic for specific campaigns
- Track and report on key performance indicators for digital marketing efforts, web traffic and ROI
- Assist with product launches, press visits, execution of launch plans, messaging and promotional activities
