The CCO will be responsible to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth across the entire brand portfolio. You will be tasked with optimizing the customer lifecycle - starting from awareness and acquisition through to growing customer LTV and ensuring strong retention. You will lead both the company’s sales and marketing teams and will need to define clear strategies and plans for them to execute. B2B activities are run by an on-the-ground sales team, which represents different brands, while a highly technical marketing team mainly runs the B2C activities and supports B2B activities.
