Our Client is a well-known Group of Companies operating in a variety of busy sectors throughout Malta. Due to the expansion of the Group Marketing Team, an experienced Brand Manager is required to join a team of 10 professionals maintaining the brand integrity throughout various initiatives and platforms whilst managing a portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term
Planning and execution of communications and media actions on brand channels, including online and social media
Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
Budget Management
Competitor and customer insights analysis
Remaining current on market trends and competitive activity
Defining and managing the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
Owning the development and messaging of the brand narrative
Creating, executing, and managing marketing programs and campaigns
Applicants will:
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing
Demonstrate a minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role
Have proven ability in developing brands and marketing strategies; identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Be creative with an in-depth knowledge of web and social media platforms
Have outstanding communication skills (fluency in written and spoken English is essential)
