Within this job of a Brand Executive you will be working on a strong portofolio of international brands with a focus on marketing, monitoring, forecasting and reporting of sales, procurement and market spend, while reporting to the Markeing Manager:
Draw up and execute the yearly marketing / business plan for your portofolio
Take an active role vis a vis new product development and sourcing
Regulary monitor sales performance of the brands/products under your are of responsibility, while working closely with the sales team
Monitor market trends and work closely with the sales team on pricing, market penetration, stock availability, competitor activity etc
Build and maintain good relations with clients
Ensuring that adequate stock levels are kept / liaising with the shipping and logistics departments as necessary
Establish and maintain a strong and open working relationship with the Brand owners oversees - providing regular market review reports, sales reports and other requested information
Work closely with marketing agencies to develop campaigns, brand advertising material etc
Apply a hands on approach in the online / digital world
Negotiate on best prices and conditions when sourcing promotional items, advertising space, sponsorships, events etc
Attend Brand Sponsored events
Take initiate for development of new ideas related to your products
