MCL Malta is looking to recruit a Production Operator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Area Leader, the Production Operator will assist within the production process to ensure that production and quality targets are met in a sustainable manner.

Under the direction of the Area Leader, the Production Operator will assist within the production process to ensure that production and quality targets are met in a sustainable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply 5S housekeeping standards on the factory floor;
- Follow assigned production procedures;
- Perform visual checks to ensure all items are within set quality parameters;
- Report any non-conforming items;
- Label and package pallets;
- Assist on any sorting issues;
- Maintain an organised work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience;
- Being able to work with a team and on own initiative;
- A can-do attitude.
