Our client, a leading company within the food manufacturing industry, is looking for a Product Technologist to produce dairy products.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Converting milk into dairy products efficiently at the required quality standard
• Upkeeping the hygiene of the machines, equipment and area assigned
• Taking product samples for testing
• Preparing/weighing ingredients as per recipe
• Coordinating with other employees/sections (superior, processing hall, maintenance, QA etc.)
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Filling up documentation related to area of responsibility
• Carrying out other tasks related to the process as assigned by superior
• Ensuring that performed tasks are in line with the company’s GMP, HACCP and H&S policies.

Shift Work
Day 1: 03.30hrs till 15.30hrs
Day 2: 05.30hrs till 14.00hrs
Day 3: OFF
