General Worker / Packer

Foster Clark Products Ltd is looking to recruit a General Worker/Packer to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be assisting in providing an operational service toward attaining efficient quality and output in line with production, stores, and turnkey activities as required. The General worker will assist the line operator, stores handler, or batch handler in performing the required operational tasks to sustain the production activity.

Key Accountabilities:

• Effective support to production and stores activities;
• Perform basic manufacturing tasks in the preparation and processing of FMCG production activities;
• Assist the team on the line to achieve the targeted output, at the maximum efficiency and required quality;
• Use and maintain properly all entrusted equipment and instruments;
• Wash and clean assigned areas.

Adherence to procedures in line with Company standards:

• Follow established processes and procedures;
• Conform to OHSE procedures, and make use of all PPE provided;
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness;
• Ensure the correct filling of production documentation and record sheets required;
• Report any deviations or irregularities encountered to the supervisor and line operators;

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:

• Company Pre-Enrolment  basic test;
• Preferred: Secondary level of education.

Experience:

• 1-year experience in a food/pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing working environment.
