Tax Lawyer & Advisor

Our client, a leading Corporate Services Provider is seeking to recruit a Tax Lawyer & Advisor to join their legal team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Assisting clients and providing them feedback in relation to tax matters
• Developing an inhouse knowledge base in relation to direct and indirect taxation, coordinating research and preparing presentations and fact sheets
• Drafting and reviewing of agreements and legal documents
• Coordinating on clients' legal requirements between internal departments
• Reporting to Senior Management on European and local taxation developments
• Ensuring corporate entities in the company's portfolio are kept in good standing according to local laws and regulations
• Other duties which may be required from time to time

• Previous experience in a similar role and within tax
• Excellent communication skills both in verbally and in written English
• Good organizational skills with an analytical mind and strong technical skills
• An eye for detail
• Proactive and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and email
• Positive attitude and multitasker

• Locally fully qualified and warranted lawyer. Candidates in the process of obtaining the warrant will also be considered
