Senior Legal Associate

Our client, a well-known tailor-made Legal Practice is looking to recruit a Senior Legal Associate to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal services to a licensed VFA Agent and working closely on the projects of such an agent
• Forming part of a team of lawyers and reviewing work done by the associates;
• Leading projects and leading a team of lawyers assigned to such projects;
• Advising licensing holders about compliance requirements;
• Providing legal services to a licensed VFA Agent and working closely on the projects of such an agent
• Providing structuring and legal advice to VFA license holders and assisting with licensing;
• Providing structuring and legal advice to funds and investment services license holders and assisting with licensing;
