Senior Lawyer

Our Client, operating within financial services, is seeking to recruit a Senior Lawyer to expand its team of legal professionals and strengthen its operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice, legal and business expertise to the firms clients on areas on commercial, IP and IT law
• Serve clients' interests at all times in line with the Firm's high standards of practice
• Drafting of Court documents
• Vetting of legal documents
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts as required
• Representing the Firm and/or its clients before competent authorities, in contentious proceedings, whether before local courts
• Assisting Junior Lawyers and reviewing their work
