Local Litigation Lawyer (Maltese Speaking)

• Our client is a leading law firm.

• Attend legal proceedings in both courts and tribunals;
• Provide support to clients in matters related to constitutional law, property transactions, civil and commercial disputes and arbitration processes;
• Conduct legal research and preparing written advice, legal opinions and procedural documentation;
• Collaborate with the legal department on various tasks, working closely with and under the guidance of the Firm’s partners.

• Hold a full legal warrant with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience;
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
