Litigation Lawyer

Our Client is looking to recruit a Litigation Lawyer to join their multi-disciplinary firm. Responsibilities will include :

• Assisting and representing clients in judicial matters mostly on civil and commercial cases before the Courts of Malta and the Malta Arbitration Centre.
• Drafting and Reviewing judicial acts.
• Drafting of legal opinions.
• Providing legal advice to clients

• Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in Litigation
• Able to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent Verbal and Interpersonal communication skills
• Fluency in Maltese and English

• A law Degree obtained from the University of Malta
• Warranted Lawyer under the Maltese Bar

• Flexible Working hours
• Driver to from and from court
