Legal Officer

Our client is looking for a Legal Officer to join their team

Responsibilities: 

• Provide and assist in the provision of legal advice,including legal research
• Advice on various issues related and assisting in the identification and analysis of legal issues
• Vetting and/or drafting of legal instruments/agreements 
• Assist in advisory duties related to the formulation and drafting of policies and procedures
• Reviewing and/or drafting legislative instruments as may be necessary
• If and when necessary, assisting in matters related to litigation or potential litigation
• To perform such other functions or duties as may be assigned.

• 3 years experience within a relevant role
• Excellent written and spoken of the Maltese language
• Critical thinker and able to adapt to a fast paced enviroment

• University of Malta Degree in Law - warranted or in the process to be
