Legal Counsel

One of our clients is looking to recruit a Legal counsel to join their rapidly growing team 

Responsibilities include 

• Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal briefs
• Research and analyze legal issues, and provide recommendations to the legal team
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients, including attorneys and clients
• Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Assist in the organization and management of legal files and documents
• Other duties as assigned by the Managing Partners or external legal advisors

• A Masters degree in law, or an equivalent degree
• Previous experience locally within a similar role
