Lawyer - Construction and Real Estate

Our client, a leading law firm, is looking to recruit a Lawyer to join their team of professionals. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of real estate and construction contracts 
• Providing legal advice to clients on aspects of real estate, construction and civil law 
• Providing legal services in connection with high profile transactions for developers, contractors, subcontractors and leading consultants both locally and internationally
• Working closely with various technical advisors on major projects in order to understand and address any legal issues which arise in projects 
• Drafting and reviewing and providing advice on promise of sale agreements, contracts of sale or lease agreements 

• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar position
• Warranted under Maltese Law
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Maltese Civil and Commercial Law
• Knowledge of Maltese Planning Laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Maltese & English

• Obtained a University Degree in Law (Doctor of Laws or Masters of Advocacy)
