Lawyer

Our client is an authorized company service provider with over 35 years of experience in providing services to a portfolio of international clients. Furthermore, they are seeking to recruit a dynamic lawyer on a full-time basis. 

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents to ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements
• Assisting in corporate transactions and restructuring of corporate entities 
• Conducting legal research on various points of law and consolidating legal opinions to clients
• Providing legal advisory and interpretation services to the management to ensure compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
• Advising the management on general issues that may arise from time to time, such as internal anti-money laundering policies and procedures
• Assisting with the administration of other entities such as foundations
