Junior Legal Advisor

Our client, a financial institution is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Advisor to join their legal team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• assisting with the development and overseeing the organization's processes from a legal point of view
• drafting, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements as well as transactions
• supporting and providing the organization's different departments and units with legal advice
• resolving issues that arise from time to time within existing commercial relationships
• drafting legal letters and related documentation where required
• reporting in a timely manner on policies and developments

• Hold a good knowledge of laws and regulations within the financial services sector
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Possess excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Fully qualified and locally warranted lawyer
