Junior Lawyer

Our client is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join their expanding legal team on a full-time basis. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently graduated legal professional who is eager to build their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing legal and corporate matters with care and professionalism.
• Reviewing and drafting a variety of contracts and agreements, both internally and externally.
• Providing clear, well-reasoned legal advice and assistance to clients.
• Drafting and issuing legal letters and documentation.
• Supporting out-of-court settlement negotiations.
• Conducting timely, accurate legal research across different areas of law.
• Assisting clients with ship registration processes and related matters.

• At least one year of post-graduation legal experience under the Maltese law.
• A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A polite and professional manner, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• An eagerness to learn and grow, with a willingness to explore new areas of law.
• Experience in Corporate Law will be considered an asset
