One of our clients, an established accounting and audit firm with a strong international presence, is looking to recruit a Junior Lawyer to join their team.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide general legal advice and support in various areas, including but not limited to corporate, commercial, employment, and intellectual property. 
• Assisting clients with queries about corporate matters
• Be responsible that any legal obligations and statutory filings are submitted in a timely manner
• Drafting and reviewing contracts in accordance with the needs of clients
• Conducting legal research in accordance with the needs of the clients
• Providing support to the Legal Department as may be necessary
• Other related duties as may from time to time arise
