Our Client, operating within financial services, is seeking to recruit a Junior Lawyer to expand its team of legal professionals and strengthen its operations. Reporting to the Senior Lawyer, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with legal and financial matters for clients and their business
- Draft and review legal documents
- Legal research
- Maintain client files in good standing and compliant with regulatory requirements and office policies
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
