Junior Lawyer

Our client is seeking a Junior Lawyer to join their team to assist with matters related to Employment Law and to work closely with the HR team. 

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and/or reviewing of HR related procedures, agreements and contracts;
• Completion of monthly reports related to the HR Legal function as directed by the HR Legal Department;
• Supporting with activities in the area of HR Compliance
• Advising with the management of Health & Safety including reports and risk assessments;
• Assisting with the management of insurance and data protection requirements;
• Assisting with the management of disciplinary proceedings in all related phases and management of any appeals;
• Assisting with the management of issues relating to the employment relationship and its termination;
• Other administrative tasks, as required.
