Junior Corporate Lawyer (full/part time)

A new opportunity for a Junior Corporate Lawyer has arisen with a boutique corporate service provider:

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and revision of corporate documents including POAs, resolutions and minutes
• Drafting, supervision and negotiation of contractual agreements
• Assisting clients to obtain gaming and financial services licences 
• Assisting and advising with corporate matters such as dissolution and restructuring of legal structures
• Liaising with various stakeholders including authorities
• Working on client’s files in a timely manner
• Attending to client’s queries
• Assistance with ad hoc corporate administration tasks
• Overseeing of the Company’s regulatory aspects
• Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments affecting the Company and/or its clients;
• Assisting in the development of new service lines.

• Team player
• Previous experience within corporate law would be given preference,
• Students pursuing their last year would also be considered

• A local law graduate or student
