In House Counsel

Our client, an affiliate marketing company, is seeking to recruit an In House Counsel. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements and corporate documents
• Supporting the group with the day to day legal, internal governance, filings and other corporate related duties
• Carrying out research and providing input in formalizing templates, policies and frameworks that meet the requirements of the organization
• Providing advise to the internal teams in relation to the company's activities 
• Ensuring adherence with GDPR and data protection requirements
• Liaising with the necessary authorities and managing related submissions
• Any other duty which may be required from time to time

• Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience within a private practice environment
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law, corporate governance and employment law
• Possess excellent drafting and research skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of the German language will be considered an asset
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Meticulous with a key eye for detail
