Role Overview
The Junior Associate will support the legal team in delivering a range of corporate and aviation law services. This hybrid role offers exposure to multiple processes within the Aviation and Maritime legal sector, fostering professional growth in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Support: Assist the team with corporate and aviation legal matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support transactions and advisory work.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, corporate documents, and filings in line with company and CSP requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to contribute to team objectives and maintain high-quality client service.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to expand knowledge within corporate, aviation, and maritime law.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

  • Education: Law degree and a valid warrant to practice in Malta.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a law firm or corporate services provider (CSP) environment.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license is required.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of both Maltese and English is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Able to work effectively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of corporate and aviation law processes.
  • Organisation: Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven, with a can-do attitude to support team growth and client objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges creatively and provide practical solutions.
