Corporate Lawyer

Our client a renown CSP are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their team

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with team members responsible for the Corporate and Finance practice areas
• Focus mainly on areas of corporate & M&A, and general commercial support
• Assist in drafting of agreements, contracts, resolutions and any other legal document
• Review agreements and other legal documents and provide opinions thereon
• Provide legal opinions on points of law; 
• Maintaining client relationship and risk management within the firm and coordination of clients
• Comply with periodic/ongoing AML requirements to identify, escalate, mitigate AML 
• Ensure legal compliance is met with highest standards
• Answer legal queries and proposing solutions both internally and to the client

• Previous experience in a professional legal / professional services environment
• Proven ability to manage private clients within a multi-disciplinary context
• Proficiency in handling complex and challenging scenarios

• A recognized qualification at MQF level 6 in legal / law or related area
