Zerafa Advocates are looking to recruit an Associate to join their team on a full-time basis.
If you have an interest in financial services law, we would like to hear from you! We are looking for a motivated lawyer to form part of our growing practice. You would be working closely with the rest of the team to provide regulatory and legal advice to a number of financial services clients, including fund managers, funds, investment services licence holders, and financial institutions. Extensive practical training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with their regulatory applications;
- Providing regulatory advice;
- Preparing legal opinions;
- Liaising with the regulatory authorities on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in law;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent in teamwork;
- Commitment to developing knowledge in financial services.
