Policy and Sales Support Officer

Our client, an established insurance company is seeking to recruit a Policy and Sales Support Officer to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and policies
• Supporting back office customer and policy support functions
• Assisting the sales team with the preparation of quotes, proposals and presentations to individuals
• Interacting with clients and other internal members of the team to address any queries and issues
• Supporting intermediaries throughout the sales process 
• Following up on applications and leads in a timely manner
• Analyzing customer interactions and data to assess the quality of sales and service provided

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within insurance
• Highly proficient in both English and Maltese
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Knowledge in accounts will be considered an asset
• Highly organized and excellent multitasker

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in a related field would be considered an asset
