Motor Claims Officer

Job Description
Elmo Insurance Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Motor Claims Officer to join their team within their Motor Claims department on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with submitting a claim.
• Providing feedback to customers on any issues and queries they may have.
• General office duties.

Education and Experience:

• A related insurance qualification (or part qualification).
• Previous experience within the local insurance industry and ideally a minimum of 2 years working in Motor Claims.

Skills:

• Sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership.
• Ability to handle various customer types.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese.
