A new role as an Insurance Executive is available within the Insurance industry in Malta. The company operates for 35 hours a week instead of 40 hours, and you will also be granted health insurance and a pension scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative duties in relation to clients
- Preparation of insurance documentation
- Validation of claims and maintaining claim documentation and updated loss registers
- Reconciliation of claims payments and premiums
- Liaising with various teams internally, auditors, and with Fiscal Representatives
- Keeping up to date knowledge of captives, and PCC (re)insurance matters
- Constant upkeeping of checklists, supporting information, authorizations, signoffs, and time scales
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the passport regulations, together with the General Good Provisions for each territory where a passport is in place.
- Work on applications and Schemes of Operations for clients
Education and Experience:
- A Degree in Insurance would be considered an asset
- A minimum of 2 years of previous local experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
