Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding communication with all parties involved in the insurance life-cyle;
• Handle the initial notifications and instruct relevant parties accordingly;
• Ensure a smooth insurance journey in line with Service Level Agreements;
• Be responsible for insurance administration including management of the insurance systems;
• Produce correct data.

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Maltese and English;
• MCAST Advanced Diploma in Finance & Insurance;
• Previous experience as an insurance executive would be an asset;
• Fantastic communication skills and the ability to manage expectations;
• Team Player;
• Strong IT skills;
• Attention to detail.
