Responsibilities:
• Preparing Quotes for existing or prospective clients
• Handling Monthly Renewals
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Liaise with insurance companies.
• Provide management information as requested.
• Assisting Clients with Claims
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal skills in Maltese & English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Capable to work on own initiative
• Excellent written and verbal skills in communicating with customers
• Highly motivated with a natural flair for sales
• IT proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
• Experience in an insurance setting or a customer care-related discipline would be considered an asset
